Secretarial Services


Answering Service: we offer you a telephone number to use as your own and answering service from Monday to Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

You can choose the type of attention that best fits your needs, opting between the Basic and Personalized service.

Call Forwarding: forward your calls to our switchboard when you are away or in summer. We will answer your calls and take messages according to your instructions.


Virtual Office


Our Virtual Office Clients don't have to come to the office to work...

SERVICOMEX takes care of almost everything:

  • We answer your calls when you're away, according to your instructions. We write down all your messages and give you a detailed list of all of them.
  • When you prefer, we forward the most important calls anywhere in the world.

Meeting Room


At SERVICOMEX, you have a meeting room available for your meetings or business breakfasts for up to 10 persons with support material and phone service. You can rent it for half a day, a whole day or by the hour.

Business Address


Have a prestigious address available to use as your company or partnership's legal or business address.

You can get your mail and small packages at our Business Center and pick them up whenever you want for a quarterly fee.
