Of course you can. You may hire our Registration of Business Address service and start using our address in your company’s charter, and to apply for your VAT number. In the service agreement, we’ll point out that the company is “in the process of being established.” It will be mandatory to make the payment of the deposit as well as the first monthly payment.

In order to hire any of our services, you need to send us the following documents via e-mail, depending on whether you are a company or a self-employed worker:

  • 1. Company’s memorandum of association, with the name of the current company director
  • 2. Company’s tax number
  • 3. DNI or, in the case of foreign clients, NIE + President of the company’s passport
  • 4. Bank document accrediting the bank account number and holder, in case you wish to have a direct paying of your monthly receipts.
  • 5. In case of being a self-employed worker, your most recent Social Security contribution.

In order to register in any of our services, you shall pay the agreed deposit and the first monthly payment through bank transfer.

You’ll be registered the same day we receive all the documents and the corresponding payment.

The Registration of Business Address, Virtual Office, and telephone attention services may be contracted by monthly, quarterly or yearly payments. The two latter have very interesting discounts.

The minimum period of hiring for our offices is 1 year. Anyway, we adapt to each client, so other terms may be negotiated.

No problem. We understand that circumstances are unique in every business, the only thing we ask for is one-month previous notice and, of course, the pertinent document with the change of registered address or ceasing of the activity.

From our reception you will be sent an immediate notice by email when you receive important mail, that is, certified, urgent mail, bureaufax, parcel service and courier. It is not usual to notify the ordinary mail, although you can always contact us directly by phone or email to know what email you have or let us know if you are waiting for any specific letter.

Many times, some of your clients or suppliers come by asking for some of our customers. We usually tell them you are not available at the moment, and immediately inform you of their visit.

All services (except for the Registration of Business Address) include the reception and picking up of your phone calls.
